RYA系統的小帆船教練課程
The Dinghy Sail Instructor Fast-track programme is designed for basic intermediate sailors who want to progress to instructor quickly.
To gain the RYA instructor qualification you need to demonstrate good sailing skills, theory knowledge, safety awareness and an effective coaching style.
The Fast Track program has been designed to develop your skills rapidly in a fantastic sailing environment.
You will develop an imaginative approach to teaching safe and efficient sailing, as well as the theory that underlies it.

RYA之所以被世界上認可度最高的航海培訓及認證系統，原因如下：

帆船訓練安全保障：
1、教練資質保障：我們的教練全部是RYA和澳洲國家帆協認證教練，教練組是由教學經驗豐富的RYA高級教練帶隊。每位教練都擁有國際紅十字會認可的急救訓練和急救證書。
2、教練數量保障：嚴格按照每6位學員1位教練的比例安排教練。
3、安全艇保障：在海上教學期間，每個教練都配備一艘安全艇，全方位進行防範和保護工作。
4、安全裝備：每位學員配備專業航海救生衣。
5、安全培訓保障：每位學員在上帆船之前會系統學習安全防護知識，進行安全意識培訓。
6、安全細節檢查保障：每次航海前，教練會全面檢查每一位學員安全準備工作，確認到位後方可出行。
7、訓練場地保障：營地位於悉尼中灣遊艇會，世界頂級帆船航海聖地，是澳洲國家帆船隊培訓基地，風力適宜。
